Delete a budget for a scope
Permanently removes the budget for the {scope} path segment — account, or a key/agent budget's scopeId — and returns 204 No Content with an empty body.
Permanently removes the budget for the {scope} path segment — account, or a key/agent budget's scopeId — and returns 204 No Content with an empty body. Enforcement stops immediately: the scope keeps no ceiling and its sends are no longer gated by this budget. Deleting a budget that does not exist returns 404. Requires the budgets:write scope.
Scope: budgets:write. Send the API key as a bearer token; Scopes lists what each one reaches.
